Our Story
We started as a team of two Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who believed in the power of therapy to help individuals reach their fullest potential and live a meaningful life. Our team of therapists has grown and we are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for our clients to explore their experiences and find their own paths to healing.
We offer a wide range of therapeutic interventions, such as Internal Family Systems Therapy, Parts Work, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. We strive to create a collaborative and compassionate relationship with our clients, so they can feel comfortable and secure in sharing their thoughts and feelings.

My goal in therapy is to help individuals gain insight, develop self-awareness, and build the skills and strategies needed to lead a fulfilling and satisfying life. It's a collaborative process, where the individual and therapist work together to achieve the individual's goals, and it can be a powerful tool for personal growth and change.
How many therapists does it take to change a lightbulb? Just one, but the lightbulb has to want to change. A corny joke, but it speaks to something very true about therapy. You're here because you are looking for change. Maybe you want to connect more with your partner, decrease your anxiety, or implement tools for personal growth. Maybe you just want to feel better, but you're not sure how. You want to make a change and I would be honored to help you make it.
Areas of focus: I work with couples, adults and children, and issues related to communication, relationships, addiction, anxiety, depression and life transitions. I'm a therapist that focuses on your strengths, using a variety of styles and approaches to fit your specific needs. I work from a supportive and empowering lens to assist you in changing undesirable circumstances and increasing overall life satisfaction.
My ideal client is ready to be honest with themself about what truly needs to be worked on and healed. In session, we will set goals for your therapy. This helps keep you accountable and motivated to seek what it is you are truly desiring. Unlocking tools for inner balance provides access to our true authentic self, where we begin the journey to wellness. The desire to find ongoing freedom from emotional disturbance and anxiety is challenging but so very brave.
