About the Role
As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, you’ll provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families—supporting children, teens, and adults in navigating life’s challenges, strengthening relationships, and fostering personal growth.
Your work will include:

Conducting intakes and assessments using interviews, histories, and observation tools.

Creating thoughtful treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Guiding clients through the therapy process with empathy and evidence-based techniques.

Collaborating with other professionals, sharing resources, and staying current with best practices.

Maintaining accurate and confidential records in line with HIPAA standards.
