About the Role

As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, you’ll provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families—supporting children, teens, and adults in navigating life’s challenges, strengthening relationships, and fostering personal growth.

Your work will include:

• Conducting intakes and assessments using interviews, histories, and observation tools.

• Creating thoughtful treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Guiding clients through the therapy process with empathy and evidence-based techniques.

• Collaborating with other professionals, sharing resources, and staying current with best practices.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records in line with HIPAA standards.

This role is perfect for AMFTs who want to grow their own private practice while benefiting from supervision, mentorship, and a supportive team environment.
