Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with an item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other damage
- Returned with any original tags or packaging
Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Nonreturnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery
Starting a Return
Before returning an item, please contact Blvd Counseling through our website with your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method because we cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit-card provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, color, or item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.

Thank you for shopping with Blvd Counseling. We currently ship merchandise to addresses within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options and Costs
- Standard U.S. Shipping: $6.99
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $75 or more
- Expedited U.S. Shipping: $12.99, when available
Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Expedited shipping generally takes 2–3 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with your tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address or recover the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Blvd Counseling is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact us through our website, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Packaging
Items are packaged carefully to help protect them during shipping. Multiple products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.
