Kylee Garfield

Living with a reproductive health condition can feel isolating in ways that are hard to explain. Endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, or a difficult pregnancy or postpartum period often means pain, uncertainty, and a lot of appointments where you feel like a chart rather than a person. Kylee specializes in the emotional side of women's health, including chronic pain and chronic illness, and gives it the attention it deserves.

She also works with anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, burnout, body image, trauma, and life transitions. Many of her clients are natural caretakers who are skilled at supporting others and much less practiced at letting anyone support them. She offers LGBTQ+-affirming care and sees individuals and couples, including premarital counseling.

Kylee's approach is trauma-informed and relational, with a mind-body focus. Together, you'll look at how past experiences shape the way you see yourself, relate to others, and respond to stress. Then you'll build the awareness and coping tools to respond differently. She keeps a gentle pace, and the work is a genuine collaboration.

Kylee earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Chapman University.
