Lisa Ianiro
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist | LMFT #146123

When life pulls you in too many directions, it's easy to lose track of what you actually want, and your body often feels it before your mind does. For 25 years, Lisa has devoted herself to understanding how the body heals, how the mind settles, and how we learn to trust our own emotions and intuition. As a therapist, she brings all of that experience to each client's specific needs.
Lisa works with teens and adults, with a particular focus on trauma, anxiety, phobias, depression, eating disorders, and emotional overwhelm. She is trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process difficult experiences so they carry a lesser charge. Lisa’s therapy sessions combine mindfulness with mind-body-emotional understanding, while using a strength-focused and goal-oriented approach to each session.
Lisa’s sessions blend insight with action. Together, you'll clarify what matters most, map out realistic steps to get there, and build practical communication skills that support your diverse relationships, while staying grounded and centered under stress. A family systems lens helps clients understand how our relationships shape us and how to change the patterns that no longer serve you.
Lisa sees reaching out for help as an act of courage, and she considers it an honor to walk alongside clients as they find lasting peace and balance in all aspects of life.
